No. PAA must be connected to the internet to function. You can connect via WiFi, or via Ethernet for a more stable connection and large-data transfers (recommended for production use).
Can I run my own LLMs (Llama, Mistral, etc.)?+
No. PAA connects to Cloud API Keys only β ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Deepseek, and any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. You bring your own API key; PAA manages the connection and runs the agent locally.
How is this different from ChatGPT?+
ChatGPT is a cloud AI chatbot. PAA is a private AI Agent appliance β your own dedicated AI server that runs 24/7, stays fully offline from the internet, and is managed entirely by you. No subscription, no data leaves your premises.
What about support and warranty?+

We can help you diagnose the issues on your side and help you resolve them. Due to the complex import and export process, we recommend that you consider carefully before purchase. In principle, we will help you resolve your issues. If the product has defects due to our hardware issue, we will accept returns in principle.
